ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING FOR NUCLEAR POWER PLANT

This study presents the results of electrophysical non-destructive testing collectors welded joints to body steam generators PGV 1000Mof reactor WWER-1000. The studied located in Resource Сenter National Research Nuclear University MEPhI at site reactors construction factory “Atommash” Volgodonskcity-Russia. primary loop collector was 1000Mand technical condition investigated by (EPhT). In generatorsmay appear corrosion and cracks due corrosive environment effect stresses however,EPhTcan detect early stages cracks. highlights theoretical part diagnostics control method, using modern mathematical signals analysis, issues related practical implementation EPhT factory. novel alternative method can be used diagnostic oil gas pipelines, elements complex structures industrial equipment. It many industries where it is necessary process entire structure or its individual parts under operating conditions. Based on results, potentiograms were constructed for various structural levels signal. controlled showed their satisfactory condition.
